In Thursday's Football Daily…

Tottenham and Arsenal play out an entertaining 3-3 draw at White Hart Lane.

Theo Walcott, Samir Nasir and Robin van Persie all scored in the first half for the visitors. However, a Rafael van der Vaart double and a fine strike from Tom Huddlestone dented the title hopes of the Gunners.

Despite this latest setback, Arsene Wenger says Arsenal will continue to fight for the league.

Chelsea have now climbed have now climbed above the Gunners into second place in the Barclays Premier League.

Florent Malouda scored either side of a strike from Salomon Kalou to secure a comfortable 3-1 win against Birmingham at Stamford Bridge.




 

Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti believes the title race is not over yet.

But Sir Alex Ferguson remains confident Manchester United will seal an historic 19th league triumph.

Elsewhere, Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina is ready to commit his future to Anfield.

Vicent Kompany is determined to lead Manchester City into the Champions League for the first time.

And finally, Real Madrid beat Barcelona 1-0 last night in the final of the Copa del Rey.
