Reported Liverpool and Tottenham target Mirko Vucinic will remain with Roma next season, according to his agent.
Speculation has been rife that the 27-year-old would leave the Stadio Olimpico at the end of the campaign, but Vucinic's agent has given the clearest indication yet that his client will still be with Roma after the summer.
"Vucinic is calm and at peace," Alessandro Lucci told Radio Mama Mana.
"What does his future hold? He will stay in Rome. He has no problem with anyone and does not intend leaving the club this summer."
It had previously been reported that Liverpool and Tottenham were chasing the Montenegrin striker in their pursuit of attacking reinforcements.
According to Goal.com, Liverpool were considering a €20 million offer for Vucinic, while The Sun had reported that Spurs were also monitoring his situation with great interest.
Despite signing both Andy Carroll and Luis Suarez in January, Liverpool are thought to be keen to bring another proven goalscorer to Anfield during the transfer window.
Along with Vucinic, Liverpool have also been linked with Athletic Bilbao forward Fernando Llorente and Bayern Munich hotshot Fernando Llorente.
Llorente is also reportedly on the Tottenham radar - as are numerous other strikers in La Liga - and the White Hart Lane club are expected to land a marquee signing in the summer.
Harry Redknapp has previously stated that he will have hefty funds at his disposal in order to improve his Tottenham squad, and the acquisition of a world class goal-getter is thought to be a priority.
