Kenny Dalglish has admitted that Liverpool will be buying and letting go of players this summer, but the legendary manager wouldn’t be drawn into revealing any names at this stage.
"You can link as much as you want, in or out. There's no way we are going to comment on individuals, especially players that don't belong to us,” Dalglish said.
“We won't speculate on what [Liverpool] are going to do in the summer.
“There will be a bit of movement in and a bit of movement out.
"But it's not worth commenting on all the names appearing in newspapers. I'd rather have a cup of tea!" the Liverpool manager quipped.
Liverpool have been connected to countless players since Dalglish took over at the end of January, with star transfer window signings Andy Carroll and Luis Suarez a testament to Dalglish’s selection skills.
With a midfield to build on and a particularly problematic left back position to fill, Liverpool will continue to be connected with countless players until the summer transfer period begins on June 1.
