Tottenham Hotspur are on the verge of making a double swoop for Vitesse Arnham duo Tristan Berghuis and Issa Kallon.
The 15-year-old's have spent time on trial at Chelsea in the past but look set to make the move to north-London.
Frank Berguis, father of Tristan says Tottenham's interest in his son is very concrete.
"They [Tottenham] are very serious," he told OnsOranje.
"For Tristan is was an unforgettable experience, and you could not deny something like that to a young player - Tottenham is more than just a club."
Albeit just 15, if Spurs could snare the pair away from Chelsea's grasp it would be a huge coup for a side who are set to miss out on a return to the Champions League.
Harry Redknapp has a good pedigree for bringing through young players, after his time with West Ham United where the likes of Joe Cole, Rio Ferdinand and Michael Carrick, now household names, developed.
With Tottenham's youth system not quiet as prolific, this could be a rare occasion for Redknapp to begin nurturing two players into the first team.
