Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish believes Luis Suarez has been a spectacular signing for the Kop, with the Uruguayan scoring and assisting in a goal last night as Liverpool thrashed Fulham 5-2.
"He was fantastic. He was running as hard at the end as he was at the beginning. He was causing them all sorts of problems,” Dalglish said.
"He's really settled in and that's a credit to him and his family.
“They've settled into the area, settled into the football and I don't think in our wildest dreams we thought he'd settle in so quickly and take to English football like he has done.
"He's graced the pitch every time he's played on it."
Suarez has now scored four goals for Liverpool since he moved to Merseyside in January. The star has also assisted in countless goals and was particularly spectacular in Liverpool's match up against bitter rivals Manchester United.
Dirk Kuyt recently backed up Dalglish's belief that the key to Suarez playing so well has been his ability to quickly settle into the English culture and style of play.
"There are few players to come from abroad and settle like he has done," Kuyt told the official Liverpool website.
"It has been said before, but we speak in Dutch together on the pitch. But Luis's English is not bad either and that has helped him settle quickly.”
