Kaka’s mother has become involved in the transfer speculation surrounding her son’s possible departure from Real Madrid for Chelsea, by claiming on her twitter account that the family will be moving to London in August.
"Next season we will be in London spreading the word of God," Kaka’s mother wrote.
"We will be there from August."
Kaka has long been a target for Chelsea, with the star underperforming this season for Real Madrid.
Chelsea owner Roman Abramovic has reportedly told Carlo Ancelotti that there is enough money in the transfer budget to purchase Kaka over summer, though the Brazilian won’t go cheaply.
News of The World has rated Kaka at £50 million, and while Mourinho was given £250 million last summer to purchase new players, speculation is rife that he won’t be given the same super budget this summer, meaning some players who aren’t starring for the Spanish side, such as Kaka, may need to be offloaded.
With Chelsea looking to rebuild their squad after a trophiless season, and Kaka looking for more game time to stake his claim in the Brazilian squad once more, the match could be just perfect for all involved sides.
