Chelsea boss believes in new Holy Trinity

Carlo Ancelotti believes Chelsea fans will see the real worth of Ramires, David Luiz and Fernando Torres next season.

Luiz and Torres followed Ramires to Stamford Bridge in January, with the latter having made the move last summer and each player has so far made an impact to differing degrees in their fledgling Blues careers.

The goalscoring failings of Torres since his arrival at Chelsea have been well-documented, but Luiz has flourished since joining from Benfica.

Ramires - a former teammate of his Brazilian counterpart at Estádio da Luz - has also impressed, scoring twice from midfield this season, including a memorable solo effort against Manchester City after Luiz had got the opener.

Ancelotti, though, is banking on his three charges to continue to improve and lead Chelsea back to former glories next season.

"Next season Luiz and Torres will be better," said the Chelsea boss.

"Torres will have a fantastic career here at Chelsea and he will start next season with more knowledge about the squad, about the atmosphere in the club and it will be easier to play at his best.

"Ramires didn't start the season so well but after that he played some fantastic games and Luiz is the same. Torres had more problems but he needed to have more time here.

"Ramires, Luiz and Torres are fantastic players because they are young, they have a lot of skills, and so for the future to have these players will be very good."
