Sunderland midfielder Jordan Henderson wants to end the season on a high by sending already relegated West Ham United down with a bump.
The Hammers' fate was sealed last weekend after Charles N'Zogbia's late winner gifted Wigan Athletic victory in their relegation nail-bitter.
And Henderson wants to hammer the final nail in at Upton Park.
“It’ll be a big game for us with it being the last game of the season,” said Henderson.
“Hopefully we can go there and do a job.
“It doesn’t matter what’s happened to them. It would have been difficult if they had something to play for or not.
“Hopefully, we can get the right result.
“We just need to concentrate on the game itself. There are three points to play for, we can’t worry about where we finish.
“We’ve just got to go there, put up a fight and get a good result.
“We’ve got one more game to prove that we do care and we want to finish as high as we can.”
