Millwall captain Paul Robinson will miss the start of pre-season after undergoing a knee operation.
The centre-half went under the knife to clear up a tendon problem, although he should be fit in plenty of time for the new season.
Full-back Scott Barron has undergone a similar procedure while two other players have also been on the surgeon's table.
Tony Craig has had an operation on his nose, which he originally broke against QPR in March, and fellow defender Alan Dunne has had hernia surgery.
