Javier Saviola and Eidur Gudjohnsen are being linked with a move to Queens Park Rangers, according to The Sun and The Mirror

The former Barcelona duo are ready to leave their current clubs of Benfica and Fulham, and Neil Warnock is ready to launch a bid for the pair to help him kick-start a new era at Loftus Road.

Gudjohnsen is also formerly of Chelsea, while Saviola had a spell at Real Madrid before joining the Portuguese outfit.

Saviola is expected to be available for £2 million, while the Icelander could leave Craven Cottage for nothing if Fulham don't tie him down to a permanent deal.

The move would give the 32-year-old Gudjohnsen the opportunity to take on Chelsea once more.

And, just like with Fulham, the contest would mean a great deal to the supporters, given the fierce rivalry before Chelsea and QPR.
