Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli has insisted he is not interested in leaving the Eastlands club, despite reports circulating that the Italian was set to move back to his homeland.
“I’m staying at City, I am happy there,” Balotelli said, with his agent Mino Raiola reiterating the star’s comment.
“Mario Balotelli will remain at Manchester City, that’s 2,000 per cent certain,” Raiola insisted.
“I know that Adriano Galliani likes him, but Milan have never made an official offer for him.”
Balotelli said that winning the FA Cup was one of the best moments of the season for the star, who has endured an erratic stay since he moved to Manchester City from Inter Milan last year.
“Winning the FA Cup was fantastic - I didn't realise just how important it was until we got to the final,” Balotelli said.
“I'm not going to say what my objectives are, I just want people to see me as a normal 20-year-old lad, a strong footballer but not a super bad boy.
“It's easy to handle me - who says otherwise hasn't understood anything.”
Balotelli has headed back to Italy for his off season rest, but will return to Manchester City for pre season training and friendlies in June.
