Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey is aiming to make a big impression next season and is determined to help the Gunners end their trophy drought.

The Welshman returned from a serious double leg break at Stoke City in February 2010 this season, and scored the winning goal against eventual champions Manchester United at the Emirates.

But it was the Gunners' inability to keep pace with United that defined the north-Londoners’ season, and Ramsey wants to make amends next time out.

"Obviously we haven't won anything for a long time so hopefully we can put that right next season," Ramsey told Sky Sports News.

"And obviously it's a big season for me as well being my first full season since my injury, so hopefully I can have a good year as well.

"The pressure is even more and the fans have been quite vocal lately, so I am sure there will be a change like any other season.

"The spirit in the dressing room is the same as it has always been," he stressed. "Everyone is getting on with each other so there is nothing wrong with the team spirit."
