Hamburg have completed a deal to take Chelsea technical scout Steve Houston to the club, the third influential Stamford Bridge man to make the move to the Bundesliga club in the last 12 months, reports Goal.com.
After sporting director Frank Arnesen and Lee Conglton both moved to the club last summer, Houston is the third in the list to move from the west-Londoners.
And the moves are not expected to end there, with Chelsea players Michael Mancienne, who has been on loan at Wolves all season, and Jeffery Bruma, who has spent most of the season at Leicester both expected to complete moves to Germany.
Mancienne is due to have a medical at Hamburg, while Bruma will join the club on loan, despite QPR relaying their interest.
Chelsea are expected to have an overhaul of their squad this summer, but the loss of scout Houston, is a set back in their bid ton re-fresh their squad.
But Mancienne, a former England under 21 international, will be the fourth Chelsea representative to make the move from the club, if he, as expected passes a medical.
