Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Wilson Palacios is set to find out his immediate future in the next 48 hours.
The Honduran international has struggled to hold down a first team place at White Hart Lane after the emergence of Brazilian midfielder Sandro, and now appears to be on his way out of north London.
Reports in Italy claim Napoli have until the weekend to finalise a deal for the 26-year-old, who only moved to Spurs in January 2009 in a £12 million deal from Wigan.
"The next few days will be key for my future. There are advanced negotiations but I will await news from London," said the Tottenham Hotspur midfielder.
With Champions League football in the offing at the Stadio San Paolo, Serie 'A' now appears to be a fantastic option for the former Olimpia starlet, who missed large parts of the season at Spurs through injury.
With Tottenham Hotspur willing to cut ties for as little as £7 million, according to talkSPORT, a move appears to be on the horizon for Palacios, although he's waiting for confirmation before packing the bags for Italy.
