Chelsea and Real Madrid will have to bid £41 million to sign Brazilian sensation Neymar, according to the players' agent.

The 19-year-old is hotly tipped to become the future of Brazilian football and has had plenty of Europe'e top sides circling around him following his two goals against Scotland earlier in the year.`

But the player's agent says Neymar won't leave his club Santos on the cheap, which is bad news for Chelsea.

Wagner Ribeiro told The Sun: "Last year Santos received an offer of £32m from Chelsea and it was rejected - now he would not leave for less than £41m."

"Neymar is like Messi.

"Soon he will be the best in the world because he is a player unlike any other. He is just 19 but all the big clubs are following him."

As well as Chelsea, Madrid are also linked with bringing Neymar to Europe, but both clubs, who aren't afraid of spending big in the transfer window, are likely to shirk at the fee being quoted.

However Chelsea may settle for Neymar's team-mate Ganso, who is also expected to leave for Europe.
