Anderlecht star Romelu Lukaku is fielding some serious interest from Chelsea, but the 18-year-old is waiting for a new manager to be appointed at the Stamford Bridge club before a deal is decided.
"First they [Chelsea need a coach], and other clubs are making enquiries,” Lukaku's agent Christophe Henrotay told Het Belang van Limburg.
Lukaku also said that he will not be discussing a new deal until he finishes his college exams, in a statement on his facebook and twitter accounts.
"Hello all, I read a lot in the paper about me these days,” Lukaku said.
"Some journalists try to sell information they don't always know about. Please know that my current and only focus is ... passing my exams.
"After that I'll have some holiday and will start the pre-season with RSCA. I'll keep you all posted...thank you for your understanding."
Anderlecht chief Herman van Holsbeeck admitted that he knew of the interest from Chelsea in the star, who was rated by the Sun at £18 million, but the chief said that Stamford Bridge is not a definite destination for the striker just yet.
"I do not know if it will be Chelsea, there are many big clubs interested and we are negotiating,” van Holsbeeck said.
"One thing is certain, he will not spend another year with Anderlecht."
