Manchester United captain Nemanja Vidic has reiterated his desire to stay at Old Trafford this summer.
The Serbian defender has been linked with a move to Italy in recent months, with Serie 'A' giants Juventus thought to be one of those keen on landing the centre back.
However, the former Spartak Moscow defender's agent has revealed that his client is more than happy with life under Sir Alex Ferguson at Old Trafford, and is targeting more trophies next season after helping the club to a 19th English league title last term.
"Vidic is a player that everyone wants," Silvano Martina told Radio Sportiva.
"I talked to him about a hypothetical transfer and he said 'I am the captain of Manchester United, I've won almost everything. Why should I go to Italy right now that Italian football is going through such a turbulent moment?'.
"This response removes any doubt about his future - he stays where he is."
Despite missing out on the Champions League last term, Vidic appears ready to challenge in Europe's elite competition next season and eager to go one better than the final, where Manchester United lost to Barcelona at Wembley.
