Ian Holloway is looking at a decent start to the season with Blackpool, as the side look to be promoted within a season to the Premier League.

Meetings with Hull, Peterborough and Derby round out Blackpool’s first three matches, which follow friendlies with Scottish sides Rangers and Hibernian as well as Oldham and Sheffield United.

Blackpool don’t face a relegated Premier League side until October 15th when they take on West Ham, followed by match ups with Nottingham Forest and Leeds over the next four weeks.

The Christmas period also sees Blackpool facing easy targets Watford and Barnsley, followed by newly relegated Birmingham on New Years eve.

Blackpool’s run in is relatively tough, with match ups against Nottingham Forest, Leeds and Millwall rounding off the season.
