The Sam Allardyce era at West Ham will kick off against Cardiff at Upton Park.
August is crammed with five fixtures as the Hammers adapt to life in the Npower Championship, while bitter local rivals Millwall await at The Den in mid-September.
Newly-promoted trio Peterborough, Southampton and Brighton will have all been ticked off before the end of October, while relegated Blackpool also await that month.
The festive period looks potentially treacherous, with away fixtures against Birmingham and Derby on Boxing Day and New Year's Eve followed by Coventry at the Boleyn on January 2.
The reverse fixture with Millwall is penciled in for February 4, while the season ends against two potential promotion rivals - Leicester and Hull.
