Sporting Lisbon have made an offer for Nicklas Bendtner, with the Arsenal star set for an exit this summer after a disappointing season with the Gunners.
"I know that Sporting have made a concrete offer to Arsenal for Nicklas, but I do not know if they accepted it," Bendtner's father Thomas told Danish newspaper Sporten.
"I do not know any details about the offer."
Bendtner recently confirmed that he wanted to leave Arsenal in the summer, with his father saying he was worth around €11 million.
“One hundred million crowns [approx €11million],” Bendtner Snr. said in relation to how much the Bendtner was worth.
"He has been valued higher before. But of course, if you are on the bench the price goes down.
"Nicklas has the qualities to live up to this sum and we can certainly find a club that is willing to pay."
Sporting are said to have offered £7 million to Arsenal for Bendtner’s signature, according to the Evening Standard, though it is yet to be confirmed whether 23-year-old will accept.
