Fulham goalkeeper target Carlos Kameni has opened the door to a Barclays Premier League switch this summer.
The Cameroonian international has revealed that he would love the chance to play in the English top flight after proving himself in Spain with Espanyol.
"I would love to play there. It is a fantastic league and a competitive league for keepers," said the £2 million-rated 27-year-old.
"I want to experience another league and I have some contacts in the Premier League. Nothing is done yet, but things can move quickly in football."
The comments come just days after Martin Jol revealed he would be looking to strengthen at Craven Cottage this summer following his arrival at the start of the week.
"Four or five players have left and we want to bring in a similar amount The squad's a bit old, with an average age of 29 or 30. We want to build a young team for the future."
A move for Kameni would cast doubt over the future of Australian veteran Mark Schwarzer, with the 39-year-old hoping to play at least one more season for the Cottagers before calling time on his career with the club.
