Blackpool have completed their first signing of the summer with the capture of midfielder Bojan Djordjic from Hungarian side Videoton.

Djordjic, 29, a free transfer, has agreed a two-year deal with the option for a further year and is reunited with Seasiders boss Ian Holloway, who he played under at Plymouth.

Former Manchester United and Rangers man Djordjic said: "It feels good to be back. I moved here for the first time in 1999 to join Manchester United and when I left in 2007 from Plymouth, when I was there with Ollie, my plan and goal was always to come back to England."

He added: "For me it is the number-one footballing country in the world.

"I'm really looking forward to this because I'm not 17 anymore, I'm 29 and this is probably my last chance to make it big and show that the talent that was there is still there..

"I don't want to let any people down who have believed in me and I'm really grateful for this chance, especially to Ollie."
