Liverpool have reportedly joined the growing list of admirers chasing Sierra Leone duo Teteh Bangura and Mohamed Bangura, of Swedish outfit AIK.
According to skysports.com, the Reds had scouts watching the pair of strikers in action on Monday, as AIK beat Halmstad BK 4-0 in the Allsvenskan.
Liverpool were just one of 11 clubs with representatives at the Råsunda Stadium as Teteh Bangura scored all four goals, with his unrelated compatriot Mohamed Bangura providing two assists.
Newcastle, Tottenham and Chelsea have also been linked with the young pair - both 21 - but it would appear that Liverpool harbour a genuine interest.
And, with Liverpool & Co keeping an eye on his clients, the Banguras' agent Patrick Mork believes one of the players will be sold this summer.
"I expect that at least one of them will leave," said Mork. "I don't know if that's just me being optimistic or realistic.
"But all players want to move on, and it's my job to help them."
The acquisition of exciting young talents is known to be a priority for Liverpool owners Fenway Sports Group, and bringing the Banguras to Anfield would represent quite a coup.
