Liverpool are close to releasing two young prospects on loan for the new season.
Both Tom Ince and Gerardo Bruna are set to join Blackpool this summer as Ian Holloway looks to bolster his squad ahead of the new season.
And following the deal that brought Charlie Adam to Liverpool, another deal between the two is on the cards.
Karl Oyston said: "It is moving closer."
"I am hoping for a call back on both of them today, but it is done when the ink is dry on the contract and not before."
Ince and Bruna are yet to make a first-team appearance for Liverpool, but are regulgar reserve team players.
Liverpool's youth set up and produced the likes of Adam Morgan and Raheem Sterling of late, both of which stared for the England Under-17 at the recent World Cup in Mexico.
