Romain Vincelot has completed his move from Dagenham & Redbridge to Brighton.

Albion agreed an undisclosed fee for the versatile right-back turned midfielder on Friday and it took little time for the 25-year-old to complete personal terms and put pen to paper on a two-year deal.

The Frenchman joined the Daggers from Gueugnon in January 2010 and went on to make 59 appearances, scoring 13 goals.

Vincelot was named Dagenham's player of the year last season.
