Exeter have confirmed the signing of midfielder Callum McNish after a successful trial.
The 19-year-old, who was released by Southampton at the end of last season, impressed manager Paul Tisdale in City's pre-season friendlies, scoring two goals.
His wages will be paid by the 1931 Fund, whose members pay a minimum subscription every month.
Chief executive Julian Tagg told the club's official website: "The signing of Callum wouldn't have been possible without the 1931 Fund and it is once again a fantastic gesture from the supporters.
"He is just the sort of player that fans will get behind, a hard working youngster looking to kick-start his career at Exeter."
