Arsenal are being linked with a move for Ipswich Town starlet Byron Lawrence.
The 15-year-old was called-up into the Tractor Boys' senior squad to face Northampton Town in the Carling Cup on Tuesday, but is yet to make his senior debut after failing to come off the bench in the defeat.
Lawrence is the latest to come through the Suffolk production line, with highly-rated Connor Wickham making the Barclays Premier League move to Sunderland earlier in the summer.
Arsenal were linked with the Young Lion before his move to Wearside, and are once again interested in a youngster under Paul Jewell's stewardship, according to The Daily Mail.
The reports come just days after Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger landed Southampton teenager Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in a reported £15 million deal, with the Frenchman actively looking to build long-term at the Emirates.
Wenger has a track-record of bringing young talent to North London and developing players into stars, with current Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas and winger Theo Walcott prime examples.
Whilst the Spanish international is reportedly close to leaving the club, his development whilst with the Gunners has showed the value in Wenger's philosophy, although Arsenal are yet to confirm an official interest in the player.
