Hamburg are set to make their fifth summer signing from Chelsea in the form of defender Slobodan Rajkovic, according to talkSPORT.
The 22-year-old is set to following Michael Mancienne, Gokhan Tore, Jacopo Sala and Jeffrey Bruma, who is on loan from Stamford Bridge.
A fee of around £2 million has been agreed, with another Chelsea youngster set to depart.
Former Chelsea sporting director Frank Arnesen has orchestrated the deluge of signings for Hamburg, who were thumped by Bayern Munich during the weekend fixtures.
New Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas was hoping to securing a visa for Rajkovic earlier in the summer.
