Lille are reportedly preparing themselves for another big money offer from Arsenal for Eden Hazard, having already rebuffed an initial approach.
According to football365.fr, the French club have rejected a bid of €30 million for the Belgian, but are anxiously awaiting an improved proposal worth around €35 million.
Hazard is thought to have been identified by Arsenal as a key target after the departures of Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri in quick succession left Arsene Wenger with a worryingly threadbare midfield.
Hazard, 20, is regarded as one of the finest prospects in European football, and helped Lille to a league and cup double last season.
Arsenal have already raided the Ligue 1 outfit once this summer, having brought Gervinho to north London, so are expected to have to make a substantial offer to tempt Lille into parting with another one of their stars.
Meanwhile, Arsenal have also been credited with a bid for Rennes enforcer Yann M'Vila, would would bring a combative edge to the Gunners' midfield.
The 21-year-old, who is a regular France international, is valued by his employers in excess of €25 million.
