AFC Wimbledon have signed winger Kieran Djilali following his release by Crystal Palace.

The 20-year-old opted to leave Selhurst Park over the summer in a bid to get more first-team football and had a trial with Scunthorpe, but he has now agreed terms with the League Two Dons.

Manager Terry Brown said: "I am absolutely delighted to have Kieran joining us."

He added: "He is a very exciting player who has proved himself at Championship level - he has appeared for Crystal Palace over 30 times and is still only 20.

"Kieran is a a wide player who can take people on and who has a yard of pace. He is equally at home on either wing but prefers the left.

"I honestly think he will excite the fans."
