Arsenal has completed his move to the Emirates from Chelsea.
The Israeli international spoke was tipped to make a move away from Stamford Bridge in recent weeks, and confirmed earlier in the day that talks were on-going with three clubs.
Reports in the player's homeland during the day claimed Spurs were favourites to land the player, but Arsenal have now secured the signing.
''I sign with Arsenal, very happy and excited about it, but now my head is only in the game against grecce [sic] on friday, thanks for the support,'' he tweeted to his followers.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is also trying to sign Mikel Arteta with less than 30 minutes remaining in the transfer window.
