Liverpool winger 'Cherrie picked' for success - reports

AFC Bournemouth are being linked with a loan move for promising Liverpool forward David Amoo according to BBC Radio Solent.

The 20-year-old star, who can operate either as a striker or on either flank, has completed successful loan spells at MK Dons and Hull City last season.

Highly rated at Anfield, Amoo possesses frightening pace and agility, and could solve a massive problem for Cherries boss Lee Bradbury, as he looks to strengthen his Cherries squad with a couple of loan signings.

Amoo has made one senior appearance for Liverpool, playing 84 minutes in last season's UEFA Europa League win over Rabotnicki. But having considerably strengthened over the summer, Reds boss Kenny Dalglish is willing to let the youngster leave Merseyside on loan.

"It is no secret we are looking for players and we want to improve the squad," Bradbury told the Daily Echo. "The fans and everyone deserve a couple more players through the door.

"We want competition for places and we need a couple more. We are meeting the board to discuss the targets that we have chosen."
