Paul Peschisolido won't rule out the possibility of using the loan window to reinforce his Burton squad.

The Brewers currently occupy tenth place in Npower League Two, having garnered 10 points from their seven outings so far this term.

And, although Peschisolido is pleased with his current crop, the Burton boss is considering dipping into the loan market in order to further add to his number at the Pirelli Stadium.

"We've really done well in the past by using the loan market, with some great players available down that route, so I definitely wouldn't rule that avenue out," Peschisolido told skysports.com

"We've tried to build a good permanent squad here over the past eight to ten months, but sometimes a loan addition here or there can help freshen things up, so we will have to have a look and see what is out there."

Meanwhile, Burton are set to welcome back summer signing Cleveland Taylor, who was sidelined after picking up an ankle knock against Shrewsbury.

But, says Peschisolido, the former St Johnstone winger will have his work cut out trying to find his way back into the starting XI.

"Cleveland's injury has taken some time to settle down and he has been out for a fair few weeks now, but I expect him to be out for probably another week or so," he added.

"It has been a blow because he is a great player and we are excited to get him back fit and on the pitch again, but to be fair the likes of Jacques Maghoma and Jimmy Phillips have been great recently."
