Tottenham Hotspur captain Michael Dawson has been ruled out for two months after picking up an Achilles injury.
The England defender suffered the injury in training last week and missed Spurs' victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers last weekend.
With fixtures against PAOK Salonika in the Europa League and Liverpool in the Barclays Premier League, Redknapp is unsure how his squad will cope.
"The whole situation is a nightmare," said Harry Redknapp. "I have no idea what team I will be able to play.
"I will sit down on Tuesday and see who I can take out to Greece. It may well be a chance for some of the fringe players to take their chance.
"I really don't know who will be ready for Liverpool."
Both William Gallas and Vedran Corluka missed the trip to Wolves, but Ledley King is now available after featuring at Molineux.
Emmanuel Adebayor opened his account for Tottenham against Wolves, with Jermain Defoe hitting the second, and King was impressed with the Togolese forward and midfielder Scott Parker, who both made their debuts following their moves from Manchester City and West Ham United respectively.
"We knew what we were getting and what they would bring to the team and we saw that straight away at Wolves," said King.
"Scott was brilliant, getting around people, winning the ball and setting us off on attacks.
"Ade gives you that something different up front. He’s a big man, can hold the ball, is skilful, quick and scores goals.
"We’re delighted to have them both at the club."
