Late strike rescues City point

Defender Aleksandar Kolarov proved the unlikely hero as his free-kick secured a 1-1 draw at home to Napoli on Manchester City's Champions League debut.

Having dominated possession throughout, hitting the woodwork twice, Roberto Mancini's side went behind to Edison Cavani's classic counter-attack goal in the 69th minute.

However, Kolarov's final act before being substituted was to curl in a left-footed free-kick to secure a point.
