Barnet striker Charlie Taylor may have finally earned himself a run in the team.

The 25-year-old has started just four matches since moving to Underhill from Sutton last summer.

But with Steve Kabba injured, Taylor was preferred to new signing Lloyd Owusu in Tuesday's 2-0 win over Plymouth, and manager Lawrie Sanchez said: "We like what we see in training."

He added: "With Kabba not being available and Lloyd Owusu just joining, we thought we would back Taylor and see what he can do.

"I don't think the fans have seen the best of him in his time here and I thought he put in a great performance and worked his socks off.

"He made a case to be in on Saturday without a doubt."
