Gervinho is desperate for a return to Barclays Premier League action, having served a three-match suspension.
The Ivorian forward was red-carded during Arsenal's first fixture of the season after slapping Joey Barton during an altercation at St James' Park.
Gervinho, though, will now be available for selection in the league once more, and is likely to feature in Arsene Wenger's matchday squad to face Blackburn on Saturday.
Arsenal play Bolton at the Emirates Stadium the following weekend - an encounter Gervinho has earmarked as a potential domestic home debut.
"It has been a stop and start season for me," he told skysports.com. "I took the red card and I am annoyed with myself.
"I have not played in the Premier League at home so far so thank God the waiting is over.
"I am looking forward to my return this weekend."
Gervinho completed his move to Arsenal from Lille in July for a fee in the region of £10.5 million, having scored 15 times as the French club surged to a domestic double.
The 24-year-old has since gone on to make four appearances for the Gunners - three of watch have come in the Champions League.
