United too good for Chelsea

Published Add your comment

Manchester United extended their 100% record by beating Chelsea 3-1 on a dramatic day at Old Trafford.

Chris Smalling, Nani and Wayne Rooney did the damage with first-half strikes.

But after Fernando Torres had pulled one back, Rooney slipped as he went to take a penalty, missing as a result. Then Torres rounded David de Gea but contrived to miss in front of a completely open goal.
