West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce says the club won't be making a loan move for Wayne Bridge.
With the emergency loan window now open, clubs can make moves for players who are surplus to requirements at their club.
With Bridge left out of City's 25-man Premier League squad and Champions League squad, the former England international had been linked with a return to West Ham.
However West Ham boss Allardyce said: “We are full up now. We have filled our squad with all the players we need for the time being and we have a squad that is good and has strength in depth.”
Bridge spent a six month spell with West Ham last season, but his performances were in vein as the club were relegated to the Npower Championship.
The full-back may now seek a move to Nottingham Forest.
