Dunne heartache as QPR snatch point

Published Add your comment

Richard Dunne's own goal gave QPR a last-gasp 1-1 draw against Aston Villa at Loftus Road.

The Hoops dominated the first half but looked like they would pay for their profligacy in front of goal when Barry Bannan scored from the spot.

Referee Michael Oliver found himself at the heart of second-half proceedings and sent off Armand Traore for a late lunge, although that could not stop the home side eking out an equaliser as Dunne rounded off a magnificent individual display by helplessly putting through his own net.
