Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez is ready to leave the club this winter after seeing his opportunities limited, according to The Metro.
The Argentina international revealed his intentions to leave the club twice this summer, but eventually agreed to stay at the Etihad Stadium for the season.
However, since the purchase of Sergio Aguero, and the remarkable rise of Eden Dzeko, has seen Tevez play second fiddle for City.
A source close to the forward said: "Carlos is very disappointed with the way things have turned out.
"He came back to England committed to giving everything for the team, but he has not been given a chance."
The source added: "Carlos was not the only high-profile Premier League player to have been involved in a summer dispute with his club.
"Others, like Luka Modric at Spurs, emerged from those problems with their status enhanced, but Carlos finds himself out in the cold.
"He feels his only option could be to leave the club."
With City involved in four competitions this season, Roberto Mancini's large squad will expect to see plenty of action this season.
However, it appears that Aguero and Dzeko will be first choice for City's big games, which were usually set aide for Tevez to star.
