Real Madrid midfielder Esteban Granero says he wants to stay in La Liga, despite reported interest from Arsenal.
The Spaniard has been out of favour since the arrival of Jose Mourinho, with the likes of Mesut Ozil and Samir Khedira moving him down the pecking order at the Bernabeu.
With Arsenal's crisis deepening, rumours had emerged that they would look to Granero to help solve their midfield problems.
However Granero said: "I'm at Real Madrid, which is my home and where I want to be."
Granero would be seen an the ideal replacement for Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri, following Arsenal's signing of Mikel Arteta in the summer transfer window.
Arsenal may now look to renew a bid for Yann M'Vila, who appeared close to a move to the club on deadline day.
