Everton's reported interest in Adam Ljajic is concrete according to the player's agent.
The Serbian forward, who was close to joining Manchester United in 2009, is currently with Fiorentina, however cash-strapped Everton appear interested.
The reason behind why his deal with United fell through is yet to emerge, but his Premier League is far from over according to his agent Giorgio Parretti.
"His future is sensitive. I talked to him about it and he was quiet," he said.
"It is true teams outside Italy are following him but I prefer not to talk about it and will await what happens."
United's deal for Ljajic was supped to be combined with Zoran Tosic's move to the club, which did go through.
However, when it came to the 19-year-old complete his move the deal was never completed, and is still a mystery today.
International colleague Tosic played just twice for United, having being build as the replacement for Ryan Giggs on the left-side of midfield.
