Brazilian legend Ronaldo thinks Chelsea starlet target Neymar can go on to be one of the world's best.
The Santos wonderkid has been linked with a host of Europe's top clubs, with Barcelona and Real Madrid known to be keeping a close eye on the 19-year-old.
Chelsea lead the race from England, with Andre Villas-Boas known to be interested in bringing the player to Stamford Bridge.
And whilst Ronaldo's personal preference lies with a move to Madrid, the World Cup winner believes a move to Europe could put the youngster on the road to greatness.
"Leaving aside selflessness and patriotism, Neymar has to look at the things which will help him conquer the world,'' Ronaldo told ESPN.
"If he can play in Europe the way he does in Brazil, very soon he would be the best player in the world.
"I cannot decide for him. But it is clear that if Neymar came to me for advice I would say the best thing is to go to Europe and choose the best team for him."
The Blues will be hoping to persuade Neymar that west London represents the best option, with a couple of Brazilian national team players currently flourishing in the Chelsea side.
David Luiz, Ramires and Alex have all enjoyed success with Chelsea since their moves to England, whilst the additions of Juan Mata and Romelu Lukaku could be used to try and show the player that the club are investing in high-quality young players at the Bridge.
Competition will be fierce for the player's signature, and with the endorsement of Ronaldo coming just days after former Chelsea midfielder Deco urged the player to join Barcelona, expect a transfer battle to start in earnest come January.
