Diniyar Bilyaletdinov has insisted he is not planning on leaving Everton, with the Russia international hoping to fight for his place in the Merseyside team this season.

Bilyaletdinov has struggled to be chosen by David Moyes, and the midfielder was connected with possible moves away from the club as a result.

But Bilyaletdinov says he is committed to Everton, and wants to show how much potential he has to succeed.

"I want to stay here and prove something else", said the Russian.

But he still hinted that a January exit from Everton might be possible, if the right club is on offer.

"I’ve got my agent and maybe he’s got something for me [in the summer], but I’d say not now please – don’t touch me,” he said.

Everton may decide that a sale is good for the club if Bilyaletdinov continues to get limited game time, so the Toffees can build up some funds to make purchases in the window.
