Wycombe forward Scott Rendell has joined Bristol Rovers on a month's loan.

The move reunites the striker with Rovers boss Paul Buckle, his manager during a prolific loan spell at Torquay during the 2009/10 campaign.

Rendell trained with his new team-mates for the first time on Friday morning and could make his debut at Oxford on Saturday.

The 24-year-old has scored 20 goals in 52 games for the Wanderers since arriving at Adams Park from Peterborough United in the summer of 2010.
