Luke Freeman is still undecided over whether to go out on loan or not, with the striker waiting for the right offer before making a decision.
Freeman spent part of last season on loan at Yeovil, and the 19-year-old is hoping to continue to build on game time and experience on the pitch.
And the Arsenal youngster insists that while he’s on loan, he can show the Gunners that he deserves a chance to show the starting line up what he’s made of.
“I definitely want to go back out on loan to get that experience,” he told the official Arsenal website. “First I'll make sure it's the right club and just hopefully wait for a good one to come in for me.
“I had a few injuries at Yeovil that let me down. The first couple of months I did well and then they hit. I've never really suffered with them in my life but I think I had three or four in about six months there.
“It was definitely gutting. I didn't get as many games as I'd wanted to because the injuries held me back which was very unfortunate.
“It's vital for any young player to get experience, especially with how it is at the moment.
“Clubs might sometimes judge players on their experience more than their talent. A lot of people have the talent but maybe not the experience to go out and play matches every week.”
Arsenal will no doubt want to send the youngster out for some time, with Arsene Wenger confident that once he gains some game time, he’ll be ready to play at the Emirates.
