Udinese have no intention of selling Tottenham target Zeljko Brkic any time in the near future.
The Serbian goalkeeper is currently on loan from the Zebrette with Siena and has impressed with a number of commanding displays in Serie A.
According to Metro, Harry Redknapp has identified the 25-year-old as a potential replacement for current Spurs No.1 Brad Friedel, who only joined the club in the summer.
However, 40-year-old Friedel is only on a two-year contract with Spurs, and Redknapp is on the lookout for eventual successors.
Brkic, though, says he is focused on continuing the good work at Siena before contemplating a move to Tottenham.
"I have heard that Tottenham scouts are looking at me," he explained. "But at the moment I am fully focused on Siena."
And, should Spurs make an attempt to sign Brkic in the New Year, Udinese are likely to rebuff any offers.
"I've said it before and I'll say it again, we will not be selling anyone in January and we won't be starting any negotiations about summer sales," said owner Giampaolo Pozzo.
"The only operations that we may carry out are with regards to players coming in as we'll have a number of our squad away in the African Cup of Nations."
