Liverpool v Norwich City
Barclays Premier League
Saturday, October 22: Kick-off: 1730

Liverpool midfielder Lucas picked will serve a one game suspension after picking up his fifth booking of the season last weekend.

Defenders Daniel Agger and Glen Johnson proved their fitness by playing in the midweek friendly against Rangers.

Norwich centre-back Zak Whitbread is back in training following a hamstring injury, but will not be considered.

Steve Morison has recovered from cramp, and Grant Holt, Ritchie De Laet, Andrew Surman and Chris Martin all featured for the reserves in midweek.

Clarke knows what to expect

Liverpool assistant coach Steve Clarke has warned the Reds not to get complacent against newly promoted Norwich City this weekend.

The Canaries visit Anfield for the first time since 2004 on Saturday, having climbed into the top-flight by virtue of finishing second in the Npower Championship last season.

Norwich have started well on their return to the Barclays Premier League, with Paul Lambert's side having chalked up 11 points from their opening nine games.

And Clarke is wary of the threat the Norfolk outfit will provide for Kenny Dalglish's Liverpool.

"They are used to winning, don't forget," he said. "They came up from League One and came through the Championship last year, so they're on a winning run if you like, they are used to winning all the time.

"They come with great confidence and with no pressure, because no one expects them to get anything at Anfield, and the pressure is on us.

"But the message for us is the same as always - we have to play our game and impose ourselves on them.

"That's the way it should be. Any club I've been at, I've always tried to concentrate on the strengths of the team I'm working with, and hopefully that will be enough."

GMF possible line-ups:

Liverpool: Reina; Kelly, Carragher, Skrtel, Enrique; Henderson, Gerrard, Adam, Downing; Suarez, Carroll.

Norwich: Ruddy; Martin, Barnett, Tierney, Naughton; Johnson, Pilkington, Hoolahan, Fox, Bennett; Holt.
