Paris Saint-Germain could blow Arsenal and Liverpool out of the water with a huge January bid for Eden Hazard, it has been claimed.

According to L'Equipe, PSG are prepared to part with €50 million to ensure they capture the Lille playmaker when the transfer window opens in the New Year.

Hazard is arguably the most sought after player currently operating in European football and Arsenal and Liverpool have been credited with interest in the 20-year-old for some time.

But, with Qatari-backed PSG in the race for his signature, it would seem highly unlikely either Arsene Wenger or Kenny Dalglish would be able to recruit the Belgian.

Hazard, though, has given both Liverpool and Arsenal hope with his admission that he will request a move away from France in the summer.

However, this will also boost Real Madrid and, it has previously been reported, that the Spanish giants have already attempted to agree a pre-contract with the young midfielder.

Arsenal and Liverpool, though, are likely to continue monitoring Hazard's situation with the hope they can win the race to sign him.
